1.1. These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the natural person (buyer) when concluding a purchase agreement through an online store.

1.3. The online store refers to the website interface available at supercomple.com.

1.4. The terms and conditions do not apply to purchases made by entrepreneurs and legal entities.

  1. Order and conclusion of contract

2.1. All information on the website is for informational purposes only.

2.2. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller sent to the buyer's email address.

2.3. The buyer agrees to the use of means of distance communication.

3A.3. Reklamace plateb

Případné reklamace nebo dotazy týkající se plateb je možné směřovat buď na prodávajícího prostřednictvím kontaktních údajů uvedených v těchto obchodních podmínkách, nebo přímo na poskytovatele platební brány ComGate, a.s.

  1. Delivery terms

4.1. Delivery is carried out according to the current offer of carriers on the website.

4.2. The buyer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt.

  1. Rights arising from defective performance

5.1. The rights and obligations of the parties are governed by civil law regulations.

5.2. The goods are intended for consumption; for hygienic reasons, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract once the packaging has been opened.

  1. Withdrawal from the contract

6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery if the goods have not been opened (for hygiene reasons).

6.2. The buyer is obliged to return undamaged goods without undue delay.

6.3. Funds will be refunded within 14 days of withdrawal.

6.4. The buyer acknowledges that the effects of the products offered are individual and may vary. For this reason, it is not possible to

make a claim on the grounds that the product did not produce the expected effect.

7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and is used only for the fulfillment of orders and for marketing purposes with the consent of the buyer.

  1. Final provisions

8.1. These terms and conditions are valid from September 1, 2025.

8.2. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

8.3. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is provided by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
